Is Purina Dog Food Good?

Purina is not really a good food. You answered the question yourself as to why- the wheat, and corn not to mention by products are not healthy for the dog. It affects their skin and coat as well as their immune system. The food that I feed my dogs is called Wellness. It can be purchased at Petco (but not Petsmart). It has no soy, corn, by products etc. It is more expensive than Purina however they eat much less of it because of the higher quality fills them up more. It's kind of like a person- if you eat 8 ounces of candy you will not be as full as if you eat 8 oz of steak.
