Should i step down to 0.025 wire for my MIG?

and do they make innershield at that diameter, I can't keep my breakers from tripping. It says I can make a 30 amp branch circuit but this might help too. I'm at 0.035 innershield now. Can I do a 30 amp branch circuit? I just connect it to the buss bar right?
