What should i use to get this pretty eye look please help?

well i have almond shape eyes and my eyes are pretty big not huge but big and i want to define them more mor shaply like and i wana to know do i put eyeliner on top nd bottom liquid or pencil should i use dark shadows or light shadows to have my eyes big long and shapley ......help me please
