Pregnancy or period ?

Hi I posted an add about 2hrs ago. Just to recap my bf said he thinks he d in me on the day I ovulated. Since then I have been having lower cramps under my belly on aswell as in the abdominam. And tender and today a whitish mucus with a hint of yellow. I forgot to add that I have been moody and emotional aswell. Sorry for posting again I don't know how to add a comment at my orig post. And I keep eating.
