Can I go to a Pediatric internship and residency before College?

I wanna become a Neonatolgist But, I have to go to college for usually 4 years, med school 4 years, Pediatric Internship and residency for 3 years and Neonatology fellowship for 3 years. Is there a way i can start a Pediatric Internship like boces, in my senior year of highschool? Or no? And once I graduate med school, and finish my internship can I start to work in a hospital? while doing the neonatology fellowship? Thanks, And what are some great colleges for this?
