How possible is it for a father who was incarcerated to to get visitation?

if he wants visitation, it is very likely he will get some sort of visitation. it may be supervised, it may not be very often, but he'll get something. as long as he doesn't have a history of child abuse or is currently a drug addict, it is very rare that a jugde will keep a father from his child.
