Can i get suspended by fighting on the bus?

Me and this kid that i have had troubles earlier on with had a fight today. I started the fight, i think about 15 kids were watching. I beat him up to. Do the busses have cameras? my busses window is not tinted, and i heard the newer/tinted busses have cameras. Is this true? will i get suspended? No one will snitch, but just in case the word spreads, and the principal calls me down, what should i say? Should i tell my parents so they are aware before the school finds out and calls home? Im in jr high. 13 years old
