Car accident - Can I claim?

I had a car accident few days ago, due to which my car was written off. What happened ... I stopped at the traffic lights as I caught red. As soon as I got green, I slowly proceeded to the middle of the junction, indicating to the right (onto the side road where I was heading to). Unfortunately a bus went direct to me, dragging me few more meters forward. I was lucky, there were no pedestrians at that time! From what I've been told, apparently it was my fault, as I should have waited for the filter light to come up. Well...I have NOT seen any filter lights at that junction! Looking at Google maps, there are NO filter lights...Anyway.I have suffered from a severe injury of my leg, and several minor injuries. The main injury was my broken ankle, which had to be operated to be put back together by couple of screws. I have been hospitalized for 3 days, and off from work for 2 weeks.Unfortunatelly...I was only insured for 3rd party, fire & theft.I also had a Motor Legal istance, which seems to be absolutely useless. Basically, they want to charge me all fees & charges as the accident was 'my fault'. Really??? Can they do that??? The junction was clearly not signed, and I just followed and trusted the green light! Would you not trust a traffic light??? I am absolutely devastated...Not only I had a car crush... Not only I broke my ankle and I am out of work for so long ... Not only I 'lost' my car... Not only I am having nightmares about the whole thing... Not only my Insurance isn't paying for my car repair... Not only it cost me 310 for 2 days to store my car in a compound, where it was taken on the day of the accident, ... But also the Motor Legal company wants to drain me now for all expenses over this case. I'm sorry 'Mr.Law', but I don't earn 275/hour, just like you! Can you advise what to do? Can I claim anything for broken ankle etc., although it was 'my fault'?? Also who can charge me, and for what? ...I want to wake up from this bad dream...
