Should I trust a used phone from amazon?

I've been debating on whether or not to get the palm centro from amazon.com. They have a used one for 80, a refurbished one for 110, and a brand new one for 140. I'm leaning toward the used one for 80. The seller has good ratings and says the phone is 'like new'. Should I trust it?
