PLEASE HELP ME!! how do you remove birthmarks?

ok i have 2 birthmarks/beauty marks im not sure theres one on my neack its raised and light pink and its annoying and i really want it removed as well as my other one. i heard that freezing them works well but im not sure? what ever is quick!
