How to do housemanship in England if you were not the British citizen?

was born in England at 1989 when my parents (Malaysian; commonwealths country) were studying in England. Now, I study medicine in Cairo University. I am thinking to do housemanship in England. Is there any possibilities to do so? Is there any special opportunities that can be grab for those born in England? Thanks
