Do amphetamine drugs like Concerta or Adderal increase vision?

I have very poor vision with no remedy due to an inward turned eye (kind of a lazy pupil thing) it is very slight but at times gives me double vision and poor distance vision. When I take a Concerta or other amphetamine drug, which i dont have a prescription for, I usually get increased vision, letting me see better (i read the white board in cl much clearer). If it is a beneficiary, should i get a prescription?
